Privacy Notice
What this site collects, and what it does not.
Effective October 1, 2026. This notice describes what this website actually does. It is short because the site collects very little.
What this site collects
Contact form. When you send a message through the contact form, you provide your name, your email address, the type of inquiry, and your message.
Digital business card. When you open Kimberly’s digital business card and choose to share your details, you provide your name and email address, and optionally your company and phone number. The page also notes whether you arrived by tapping the card or scanning its QR code. Your first name is kept in your browser tab only, so the page can return to the right screen if your phone reloads it; it is cleared when the tab closes. Saving Kimberly’s contact to your phone sends nothing to us.
The contact form and the business card are the only places this site asks for personal information.
Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
What this site does not do
- No cookies are set, and nothing is stored in your browser.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used.
- Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party networks.
- Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.
How this information is used
Your message is used only to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. Details shared through the business card are saved to our contacts and used to follow up with you personally after we meet. You will not be added to a mailing list because you used either one.
Service providers
- Formspree processes contact form and business card submissions and delivers them to us by email. Formspree receives what you type into the form and your IP address. See the Formspree privacy policy.
- Hostinger hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Google provides our email and the booking calendar. The booking links on this site open Google Calendar on Google’s own site, where Google’s privacy policy applies. Nothing from Google loads on this site itself. Business card details are saved to our Google contacts.
- Zcal provides the booking pages linked from the business card. They open on Zcal’s own site, where the Zcal privacy policy applies. Nothing from Zcal loads on this site.
- Meta (Muse) is an AI assistant we use to organize follow-up. It can read submissions delivered to our email in order to prepare follow-up notes and draft replies, which we review before anything is sent. Nothing from Meta loads on this site. See the Meta privacy policy.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Google Calendar, and Zcal. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
How long information is kept
Contact form messages and business card details are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you sent us, use the contact form and we will respond within 30 days. This site has no tracking to opt out of, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.
Children
This site is for business and professional audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this notice
If the site changes what it collects, this page will be updated first and the effective date above will change.
